Please cancel your appointment by calling the salon or writing a message using the "contact us" tab. You may also use the chat option in the lower right part of your screen. Please include your name, the date and time of your appointment, and which service provider it is with. We do not allow cancellations online. Please also note, if you call the salon and no-one is able to answer, you may cancel your appointment by leaving us a message. We will get back to you as soon as we can. 

The easiest and fastest way to make an appointment is by clicking the "book now" tab. It will then prompt you to click another link which will take you to our booking site. It is operated by a third party website, Vagary. From there the booking site will walk you through booking an appointment. 

BIAB is otherwise known as "Builder in a Bottle" it is similar to a hard gel, but can be soaked off with acetone (unlike had gel). It is a very good option for someone that wants a gel manicure, but wants a little extra strength. This is also a very good option for someone that has a hard time keeping gel on their nails. We believe that we charge what we are worth. We are confident that we provide exceptional service and have the best products available to us. With that being said, having the best products comes at a price to us. Not only our products, but we have the rest of our overhead to consider. Booth rent, insurance, continuing education, taxes, equipment, the list goes on and on.
